MunchCrunch - Refund Policy
At MunchCrunch, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (dried fruits and vegetables), we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.
1. Returns

We do not accept returns for perishable goods once they have been shipped, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or issues with the courier service. However, we will always help resolve genuine cases to the best of our ability.
