  • All products are described as accurately as possible. Variations in color, size, or shape may occur due to the natural origin of our products.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud.


4. Shipping

  • We deliver to the addresses provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct.

  • All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of MunchCrunch and may not be used without permission.

  • MunchCrunch is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or products.

MunchCrunch - Refund Policy

At MunchCrunch, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (dried fruits and vegetables), we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods once they have been shipped, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.


2. Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at [dalalelnour22@me.com].

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.


4. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or issues with the courier service. However, we will always help resolve genuine cases to the best of our ability.
